  • Payment Plans:

    1 payment for 10% off your total, or 2 payments divided into 2 consecutive months.

    For the payment split, the first payment is due the day the contract is signed in order to secure your service.

  • During the application process, you will schedule a free consultation with Alex!

    During this consultation, we will review your website goals, and how our services can take your business to the next level! We will review next steps regarding booking, website prep, and the process of working together. If you would like to move forward, Alex will send you a Proposal with a link for a Payment Plan to lock it in!

  • After our consultation, Alex will send you a custom package proposal based on your communicated big vision, website goals, current business needs, pain points, and timeline.

    Want to make a few changes to your proposal? No worries! We can make adjustments before finalizing.

  • After signing the website design Proposal, you will immediately be sent a Website Prep Form via email, where we will gather your creative and copyright materials in order to create your site.

    We will have a Kick-Off Strategy Meeting once you submit your Website Prep Form, as well as weekly strategy meetings during the creation process. There will be a total of 2 revision rounds to ensure that we deliver the best website for you!

  • During checkout, you’ll be asked to provide your Squarespace Account email address. You will be invited to join the Squarespace template via email within 24 business hours, so make sure you enter the correct address. Once you accept, we will transfer the Template ownership to you.

    Please note: We do not currently offer installation services.

  • At this time, we do not offer payment plans for our Squarespace templates. All template purchases are a one-time payment, giving you full access with no recurring fees.

  • All of our Squarespace templates are 100% DIY-friendly—no coding or custom CSS required to build a beautiful, professional website. Each template is designed using built-in Squarespace features, so you can easily customize your site without needing any technical skills.

    In rare cases, we may include a small snippet of optional CSS to enhance the design. If so, it will be pre-installed. No coding experience? No problem—you can leave it as is or delete it entirely.

    Want to take it a step further? You’re welcome to add your own custom code to personalize your Squarespace template even more.

  • You will need a Squarespace Business plan or higher for our templates.

  • You will need Squarespace 7.1 and Fluid Engine for our templates.

  • You will provide your Squarespace account email address during checkout, and we will invite you to the website template within 24 business hours! Once you accept the invitation, we will transfer ownership to you.

    IMPORTANT:

    → Create a Squarespace account with your email
    → This is a digital product with an instant download, no product will be shipped
    → You will need a beginner’s knowledge of the Squarespace platform to replace the images and text with your own & add/delete pages, etc.
    → The photos in this template are stock images from Unsplash and Creative Market and are used as placeholder images. You can replace these as soon as you receive your template!

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a Squarespace template has been transferred.
