Start by choosing and purchasing the Squarespace template you want customized. Once your order is complete, submit the customization application directly on my website.

After purchasing, fill out the application form so I can learn more about your business, goals, timeline, and the level of customization you need. This helps me understand whether your project is the right fit.

I’ll review your application within 2–3 business days. If I’m able to take on your customization, you’ll receive an approval email with next steps.

Once approved, I’ll send you a detailed Website Prep Form. This is where you’ll upload your branding, copy, photos, and any other assets I’ll need.

After you submit the prep form, we’ll schedule a prep meeting to walk through your vision, finalize strategy, and confirm the functionality you want.

Once the prep phase is complete, I’ll begin customizing your template. Your fully built, personalized website will be delivered within 2 weeks.

You’ll receive your completed site for review, I’ll make any minor revisions, and then your new, elevated website is ready for launch!
